The Catalyst creates a more concentrated advisory relationship for those times. We meet weekly, allowing us to stay close to what is unfolding, recognize patterns as they emerge, explore decisions and possibilities in real time, and adjust as circumstances change.

The Partnership creates an ongoing relationship where I come to know you—what matters to you, how you move through the world, where you thrive, and where you tend to lose sight of yourself. Over time, we recognize patterns, follow what is changing, and stay close to the decisions, opportunities, questions, and possibilities taking shape along the way.

Private Advisory is a highly personalized relationship built around conversation, insight, intuition, and perspective.

There is no predetermined agenda or formula. You bring what is present—business, leadership, relationships, transitions, or the decisions asking for your attention—and together we look at the larger picture. I listen closely, recognize patterns, notice what may be sitting just outside your awareness, share what I see, challenge assumptions when needed, and help you explore what you already know and what else may be possible.
